“Green Hills” is a Skysphere \/ Environment map (HDRI) for 3Delight, Iray and Poser, providing full scene coverage from sky to landscape.<\/p>\n

The 12,000 x 6,000 px spherical image is a render of a 3D scene created especially for this purpose.<\/p>\n

This base in the 3D world helps with visual consistency, which can be an issue using backgrounds based on photomaterial from the net.<\/p>\n

The high camera position allows for lovely wide angle renders with a lot of depth.<\/p>\n

The main use is with additional foreground geometry like Easy Environments, Terradome or anything else you find suitable.<\/p>\n

Lighting is included for all versions:<\/p>\n

3Delight: The skysphere loads with lighting parented to it, so if you rotate the sphere the lighting follows.<\/p>\n

Iray: Image based lighting from the HDRI.<\/p>\n

Poser: Separate preloads for skysphere and lighting.<\/p>\n

File formats are native .DUF for Daz Studio 3Delight and Iray, and .PP2 for Poser.<\/p>\n

Note: This set`s texture folder holds some color-adjusted grass textures for Easy Environments Greenlands (the ones I used on the preview image).<\/p>\n

It`s not necessary to use them, but makes for a better transition between both sets.<\/p>\n
